These terms apply to users and restaurant partners using DinePay.
Booking useDinePay allows users to submit free table booking requests. Seating availability and final experience remain subject to restaurant confirmation and operations.
PaymentUnless otherwise stated, payment is made directly at the restaurant. DinePay does not need to collect customer payment for the booking flow.
Reward campaignsRestaurants may choose to offer rewards for a check-in selfie and an honest Google review. Rewards must not be tied to forced positive ratings.
Partner responsibilityRestaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their listing, offer terms, timings and any reward availability communicated to guests.
